HISTORY
A&M Pump & Pool Supply had a humble beginning as a well pump company in Mesa over fifty years ago. As people began coming in asking if they repaired swimming pool pumps, the business slowly swung around and the pool business became the focus. Since then it has grown to be one of the most trusted retail store chains in the East Valley, specializing in swimming pool chemicals, equipment and parts. We always have an experienced service technician available to answer any questions you may have. Our service department makes repairs poolside at your home and we provide weekly pool maintenance to assure your pool is kept sparkling. But, we don’t do well pumps….strange how things work out, isn’t it?
Corson’s Swimming Pool Supply began in 1959 as a pool cleaning service based out of their garage. As the business continued to grow, they opened a store front in Scottsdale. After moving a couple of times, Corson’s finally settled in at their current location in Scottsdale in the 1980′s. Run by father and son, Corson’s found their place in the industry as a retail store specializing in equipment and parts as well as a large pool cleaning service company.
On August 15, 2005 A&M Pump & Pool Supply and Corson’s Swimming Pool Supply announced that they had combined the two companies to create A&M Corson’s AquaValue pool service and supply.
This was a defining moment for both of these outstanding retail and service companies, providing the opportunity to create one of the finest pool service and supply companies in the East Valley. “We are looking forward to using the combined strengths to realize the potential of our new company and to build lasting value for our customers, employees and community,” said Dallas Boyer, President of A&M Corson’s AquaValue.
This merger created a powerful new force in the industry with the size and capacity to offer the very best in swimming pool service, parts, equipment, chemicals, and more. The immediate focus was the integration of the two companies in a way that best served their customers, presented new opportunities to the employees, and continued to grow the business. The combined company, whose headquarters is based out of Scottsdale, consists of three divisions:
A&M Corson’s AquaValue, the retail stores to serve you with your chemical, equipment and parts needs.
A&M Pump & Pool Supply, our full service repair department to make necessary repairs to your equipment.
